NATURAL GAS

Vastas API Spec. 6D valves and combined valve systems are manufactured for the needs of natural gas production facility and pipeline projects. They are designed to be used at line blocking, pigging stations, compression stations, regulating & metering stations, loops and take-off process.
The valve systems designed for Natural Gas projects are offered as emergency shut down, line- break, shut-off, differential pressure controlled, remote and/or local controlled.

Economical life of Vastas pipeline valves are 40 years and alternatives depending on operational conditions and maintenance preferences may be supplied upon request.

You may find the best-suited type to your line maintenance procedure between full-welded, split body, top entry alternatives. Services on live pipeline, line-break, part renewal or maintenance are also Vastas’ expertise area and offered as a full facility package and not limited with own brand.

CRUDE OIL

Vastas manufactures valves for crude oil transmission pipelines, complying with the requirements of API Spec 6D and API Spec 6A Valves for wellhead needs.

Preferred application areas are line blocking, pigging stations, metering stations, terminals and wellheads.

Services on live pipeline, and various after-sales, maintenance, repair, refurbishment services are also Vastas’ expertise area and offered as a full facility package and not limited with own brand. With 80 years of field experience, it can offer solutions in cases of limited maintenance possibility.

FUEL

Vastas API Spec 600 valves are applicable for Fuel and other oil products and used in terminals and storage facilities. These valves designed for fuel storage, tank farms and jetty pipeline are offered manual or, with remote or local control and as emergency shutdown or shut-off purposes.

WATER SUPPLY

Vastas’ high pressure valves are suitable for water pipelines complying with international standards and/or AWWA standards.

WASTE WATER

Vastas valves are well suitable for waste water pipelines complying with AWWA standard. Applications are made for waste water plants resisting corrosion.

SEA WATER & DESALINATION

Saline water applications are subject to extreme conditions and with its R&D strength and manufacturing flexibility, Vastas can offer valves with special materials and design.

HOT WATER

Vastas designs valves for energy projects including thermal power plants, complying with AWWA standards and ASME Sec III and B16.34 standards.

GEOTHERMAL WATER

Vastas valves are well suitable for hot water & steam pipelines for geothermal facilities complying with AWWA standards and ASME Sec III and B16.34 standards.

Vastas produces valves and actuators for water projects, especially for high pressure. Please note that these kind of valves are not in our main manufacturing program, they are manufactured upon request.

POWER PLANTS

Vastas product range includes valves for high pressure and high temperature applications that are suitable for power plants including Combined Cycle Power Plants, Thermal Power Plants, Geothermal Power Plants, Solar-Thermal Power Plants, Hydro-Electric Power Plants etc.
