- Valve Calibration Service
Open/ close, pressure tests and set adjustment for PSV pressure safety valves, and issuance of calibration certificates as per API 526 & API 527.
- Field Service
Inspection & maintenance of DBB valves at live lines. Removal of light defects by Valtex products and improve closure performance, cleaning, torque adjustment etc. a-performance report is issued by such services, which apply only where no danger of line break is subject.
- Field Repair Service
Where line break is possible, any defect of valve could be repaired at site, which may take 12 to 48 hours depending on valve type. If needed spares are not determined before, than plant repair might be necessary.
- Valve Renewal / Repair Service
Valves of long service without maintenance can be renewed by proper maintenance and part renewal. Materials inspection through ASME B16.34 would lead proper repair at field or at plant. |

- Valve Spares
All spares are available for the valve types in our production program. Either raw material stocks or production processes are available. In case of maintenance contract between Vastas & it's customer, necessary spares are determined before at the first site visit and produced as predicted for usage during next services.
Between such spares are actuators of electric, pneumatic or gas hydraulic, stem tightness rings, packing, Valtex lubricants, fitting & pumps, gaskets of SWG, NASF, GRF, RT, GRF+M-Cr, Si, body rings of 13Cr, A105+13Cr, A105
CoCr3, A105+M, Balls, Wedges, Discs, Bushing, Plug of 13Cr, A105+13Cr, A105+CoCr3, A105+M
